Povey to build one chamber over the chamber wherein he is now admitted with Francis Sherman, Gent. and to have this and the study of Sherman and the chamber over the study solely to himself so long as he remains a companion of Barnard's Inn and provided he bestows at least £20 in building the upper chamber within the coming year.
